What we collect

When you book an assessment, we receive your answers to the questions, the chosen time slot, your name, the name of your organisation, your email, your phone number, the meeting address if you want it at your premises, and your message if you leave one.

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics.

Why

This information is only used to organise and prepare the meeting. It is never sold or used for marketing.

Where it is kept

There is no database. Your request is first emailed to you, encrypted inside a confirmation link valid for two hours; nothing is kept on our side until you click it. Once you confirm, the appointment is created in Exocet Digital's Google calendar, with your information in its description, and Google sends the invitation to your email address.

Information is kept for the duration of the business relationship, then deleted no later than three years after the last contact.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, and object to its use, by writing to us. You can also contact the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
